Notice of the first Annual General Meeting
You are invited to the first Annual General Meeting of Threatened Plants Tasmania Inc. Any interested member of the public is welcome to attend, however only paid-up members of TPT can vote at the meeting.

Time: 10.00am
Place: The Pod, Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens
At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to:

find out about Threatened Plants Tasmania Inc. operations and finances

ask questions about the operations and finances of Threatened Plants Tasmania Inc.

speak about any items on the agenda

hear about the activities of the Seed Bank and its important role in ongoing conservation work from our guest speaker: James Wood
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

accept the annual report

accept the annual financial statements

appointment of an auditor

elect Executive and Committee Members

determination of remuneration of servants of TPT
